Morin’s MorKlad is a single-source through-wall solution that delivers thermal, structure, air and vapor, and fire protection. The product combines Morin’s architectural metal panels, phenolic insulation, a self-adhered weather barrier, and fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) girts into a single solution.

The rigid phenolic insulation at the core delivers R-8.1 per inch, allowing teams to meet energy code requirements with less wall thickness, while the weather barrier creates an impermeable seal and can withstand UV exposure for up to 12 months. MorKlad has been tested to NFPA 285 standards for multi-story building code compliance and features intumescent fire-blocking technology for high-rise construction.
